Retaining walls of the highest quality
We offer bunker silo elements from CBS Beton, the largest retaining wall producer in Europe. The elements correspond to C60/75 high-grade concrete.
- Axle load guarantee of up to 22 tonnes – even the heaviest vehicles and one-sided filling are no problem
- quick setting without a plinth on a gravel bed
- easily widened later, as there is no steel connection to the in-situ concrete floor

Construction process
A construction method without weak points

Levelling and gravel bed
Once the levelled base has been prepared, a gravel bed is laid with laser precision.

Setting the elements
Supervised delivery by lorry and setting with a special crane allow more than 100 metres of finished silo wall per day. The high dead weight guarantees a stable final position.

Joints and floor
Gaps are grouted with a special compound, then the floor slab is built – in in-situ concrete or special asphalt.
Corner, floor and wall comply with Swiss regulations and are recognised as a construction solution.
