2. Collection and purpose of data processing

We process personal data that arises when you visit our website or contact us directly (e.g. by email or contact form). This includes:

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and access times (server log files of the hosting provider).
  • Communication data: name, email address, telephone number and the content of your enquiry, in order to process your request.

We use the information from the contact form exclusively to answer your enquiry.

3. Hosting and fonts

This website is hosted in Switzerland. The fonts used are loaded from our own server; no data is transmitted to third parties in the process.

4. Transfer of data abroad

Your data is generally processed in Switzerland. Should data flow abroad, in particular to the USA, through the use of IT infrastructure or web services, we ensure protection through the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) or the conclusion of standard contractual clauses.

5. Links to other websites

Links to other websites and platforms are embedded as simple links; data is only transmitted when you actively click. As soon as you leave our website via these links, we no longer have any influence over the data processing by the respective operators.

6. YouTube videos

Some pages embed videos from YouTube (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Until you start a video, we only show a preview image from our own server; no data is transmitted to YouTube. Only when you click on the video is a connection to YouTube’s servers established. Data such as your IP address may then be transmitted to Google, including to the USA, and cookies may be set. For more information, see Google’s privacy policy.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request information at any time about the data we hold about you. You may also request the correction of incorrect data or its deletion. Please send such requests to info@agrocoverswiss.ch.

8. Changes

We adapt this policy when necessary. The version currently published on the website applies.
